I just left the location. There were only 2 people there. One working the grill and one working the drive thru and the cash register. As far as time, the performance was abhorring. It was a major setback. I waited in the drive thru for about 10-15 minutes before pulling up to the window. When I pulled up I was sure to not have an attitude with the lady at the window. She seemed so overwhelmed and a little frustrated. I felt sorry for her. She explained to me things have been a little out of hand the past half hour or so and told me my food hasn't even been dropped yet. I assured her that everything was understandable and that everything would fall back in place. She didn't charge me for my meal and she gave me an extra burger, fries, drink, and she gave me a complimentary strawberry shake. Even though the food took forever to come out, I was beyond satisfied. However, there needs to be more reinforcements on the night shift. I don't think two people are enough. I could have went to Whataburger across the street and gotten the burger I really wanted and I would've been home a lot sooner even though the line at Whataburger was a lot longer. The customer service is the only reason why I gave this store 4 stars.
We ate inside. Ice machine looked unclean. Felt greasy. Very unorganized.
Drive thru order box was broken, no sign, sat there a few minutes before driving to the window... They knew it was broken, but had no sign. Curly fries tasted old.
If you love the clown try the ribeye Burger. Yum yum!
Went through the drive through tonight and ordered a siracha burger meal, egg rolls and cheddar poppers. I received. My large drink, the egg rolls and cheddar poppers. And a small fry (although it was a large combo) and they entirely forgot the burger. I call the store. To let them know I'm coming back. And they don't answer all 3 times I call.
