Rude, condescending people who don't know the details of the services they provide. Worst branch ever....
I've been with IBC bank for over 17+ years. We relocated to the Shertz/Cibolo area about 9 years ago. Service here had been very good in the past. Recently many new people have started working at this branch and I'm appalled by the lack of customer service I receive at this location. It's as if the tellers feel THEY are doing me a favor in handling my banking needs. One day there was zero interaction while doing business @ the drive through. No "good morning," nor "I'll be right with you" and most disturbing no "thank you!" Sent back the tube and walked away...the ONLY reason I stay with IBC is the direct deposit from my work and the convenience of this location...someone needs to CLEAN HOUSE @ this branch. Unbelievable.
Went in to cash a check and deposit. Teller completed ignored me during transaction. THEN SHE CASHED THE CHECK AND NEVER DEPOSITED THE MONEY. TOOK 3 DAYS TO FIND WHERE MY MONEY WENT.
It's got a bad drive through
Unsatisfied with the service at this location. Drive thru is like a ATM. No " no greeting" whatsoever. Sometimes there's not even a thank you. The only reason I come to this location is because it's on my way home. Wish they made me feel welcome for one day.
