Waited 45 minutes to make a deposit & get a temporary card! 1 personal banker & 1 teller. Really? I left & went to the location off Pat Booker, same thing. BOA please do better!!

(HECTOR QUIT!!!!) A LOT WILL APPRECIATE THAT!!!
I have been at this branch at least six times in the last 7 months and had wonderful customer service each time. That's from the tellers to the banker, who helped change our accounts around to notary to just general questions.
Everyone at this bank are very nice. Sometimes they are very busy and have to wait. They are very good at checking deposits. Never had a problem with anyone at this bank. Much better then the bank I switched from.
