I've attended a birthday party here as well and the employees do a great job with those.
The staff is great! It is Unfortune that there is a high turn over rate but the new staff is always well trained. We have been loyal customers since 2015!
Called to get information regarding enrollment. Provided the ages of my children, as well as their current swim level. The person who answered was not helpful, and had an annoyed tone to her voice. She was extremely rude and even paused for several seconds after I asked the question, again, as it annoyed that I didn't understand the first time. I'm not sure what the problem was, as my question was clear. The confusion was that on the website, there were classes for toddlers, something called Honeybee, and average ages for different levels. The person on the phone told me that the 7 year olds are in the same swimming classes with the 13 year olds. No, thanks. Fine, be rude. There's other places for children to learn how to swim.
Absolutely love their team of coaches & staff. Always friendly, my daughter loves coming every week, and I know she is in good hands, learning more at every class. Head coach Sonny is the best! Highly recommend :)
There are many things I love about this place; the class sizes, the coaches, the curriculum. However, scheduling classes is near impossible once your children start leveling up and there is a serious lack in seating for parents. I have actually had to hold my children back because there weren't any classes available for them when they have leveled up. I was told there would be a new class that would be available outside of the week in advance schedules allowed and was told I would be wait listed. When I came to move them over to said class when we were in the window I was told it wasn't available. Every week I tell myself I am done with this place but my kids enjoy it. Hopefully soon I can convince them it's time to move on to a new activitiy because this place is working my nerves.
My kids love this place and their swimming coaches. Both of my kids are confident in their water abilities and the coaches find ways to turn the learning into a game that keeps their attention.
