ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL. The woman I spoke to who was "dispatch" was absolutely disgusting. She did not care what I was talking about. She didn't worry one bit of my concerns. I was asking questions and her only response was "I have another call" and she HUNG UP ON ME. I called the police chief, assistant chief, victim liaison, lead detective as well. Everyone I could find a number for. We'll see what they say when they call back IF THEY DO. Good job Schertz PD. Get another job if you don't care.
