convenient location. They just recently spruced the place up and added a lot of nice updates! Highly recommend this location to anyone in the Schertz area!
Love it here and have been a member for the past 1.5 - 2 years. Coming from Golds, the personnel here have been friendly and welcoming and do not treat you as another number. They have two personal bathrooms with showers for you to use (which are clean).
I have visited this location a few times and it has always been a great experience. Management is super friendly and the facility is always clean.
If I could give zero stars I would. The worst place ever. Equipment is old and broken, the manager- always says he will get back to you and doesn't. It's been 2 months. He blames the owner for the delay. I have been asking for months for a copy of my contract since it was never emailed to me like originally planned still nothing. I have now canceled my auto pay and keep getting bills in the mail to pay- nope not until I hear from the owner via phone. Since it won't happen they can take my membership and shove it!!! I'm not the only one who has had this issue with this location- it's a joke!!
Don't care for the hidden fees. Had a membership for a couple of years and all of a sudden get hit with fees I have never heard of.
