Awesome customer service.. A service advisor is there to greet u and will help u make the choice that more fit ur need.. The prizes are affordable and the final result are amazing
People come in here expecting their piece of garbage car to come out like a damn diamond. I’m much more down to earth than the rest of these wackos and completely understand that a car cannot be absolutely perfect inside or out, no matter the price. Every time they do an exceptional job here and I have never been dissatisfied! Keep it up wash tub, don’t let the crusty old men and picky ass moms ruin your day!

First time here, needed to get my vehicles cleaned up. Customer service was excellent. This business is a place I would recommend and continue to come back to.
As far as the basic wash goes, its good, but the interior vacuuming and wipe down could use some tweaking. Most of the time big stuff gets left in the cracks between the door and my seats, and they don't really get much wiped down on my console etc. I guess you don't get a thorough cleaning job unless you pay for the detailing service? Overall it comes out cleaner than before and the exterior is always pristine, even without the extra wheel brightener they always ask about. I can't complain. Employees are always super nice and will even go back and re-do wiping spots if asked. I just wish the vacuum station area did a better job sometimes. The inside of the waiting area has donuts occasionally (I think Sunday mornings) and the employees outside and inside are all polite and courteous. Can't fault their merchandise choices, either...cute stuff...I am always having to resist buying something awesome! Overall 4/5 stars. Good value for the service inside the waiting area and friendly staff, interior vacuum and wipe-down could be better.
